10g brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom
20g honey

- Mix the brown sugar, ground cinnamon & cardamom to make Spiced Sugar
- Dip the edge of serving cup with honey
- Dip the rim of the glass into the spiced sugar to coat
- Brew the coffee (110ml) on top
