Milk 1,5%: 120ml
Caramel sauce: 15g
Caramel Sprinkles: 15g
Cream 35%: 500ml
Rosemary: 1

Any Nespresso Professional Machine + Milk device (Aeroccino 4) or Milk capable machine (i.e. Momento & Milk or Aguila)

Let's make it!
- Decorate a VIEW Recipe Glass with 15g of Caramel Sauce.
- Pour 120 ml of 1.5% fat milk in the jug and place it on the drip tray underneath the steam nozzle. Press the steam button to start frothing the milk to a temperature between 60°C and 65°C (for the Momento and Milk Machine or Aguila, select the “Latte Macchiato” recipe).
- Pour the hot milk and milk foam into the glass and extract 40ml of espresso Volluto on the top.
- Garnish the foam with pieces of Caramel Sprinlkles and a branch of Rosemary.
