5 x 30g Nespresso Ice Cubes
2 Cucumber Slices
120ml Tonic water
1 Caps Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice
1 bunch Organic Fresh Mint

Let's make it!
- In a Mixology glass (Small), combine 4 Nespresso ice cubes and a slice of cucumber, then pour in 60ml of tonic water.
- Extract 40ml of Vanilla Yuzu coffee into a jug, add 1 ice cube.
- Gently pour the foamed Iced Coffee Nitro over the mixture in the glass
- Garnish with an additional cucumber slice and slap fresh mint leaves to release their essence.
- Pour the Iced Nitro coffee gently in the Barista Mixologist Glass, over the coconut water.
