- Prepare the tahini drizzle by mixing tahini with a tiny splash of water or honey until it becomes smooth and slightly pourable
- Place the vanilla ice cream in a small serving cup
- Brew the coffee (40 ml) directly over the ice cream
- Drizzle the tahini over the espresso in a thin swirl
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds for a refined Saudi touch
