20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
40 ml Sparkling water
Lemon rind to garnish
Ice cubes (to taste)

Let's make it!
- Pour the syrup in the bottom of the cup
- Fill the cup with ice
- Top with lemon juice
- Pour the sparkling water
- Brew the coffee on top
- Garnish with lemon rind
