1tbsp Ube powder
20ml Water
6x 30g each Nespresso Ice Cubes
15ml Coconut syrup
170ml Milk
1 capsule French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato
5gr Edible Lavender buds
5gr Coconut Flakes

Let's make it!
- Mix 1 tbsp ube powder with a bit of hot water, then combine with 70ml cold milk
- In a large glass, add 6 Nespresso ice cubes (30g each), 15ml coconut or vanilla syrup, and 70ml ube milk.
- Pour 100ml milk (1.5% fat) into the Nespresso Barista; select “Espresso on Ice Macchiato” and start
- Top the drink with the milk foam
- Extract 80ml Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato using the Coffee Creation mode and pour over the drink
- Garnish with edible lavender buds and dried coconut flakes
