Ingredients
Milk 1,5%: 120ml
1x Nespresso Lemon Shotbread/Butter Salty Biscuit
Honey: 2g
1x Volluto
Optional: Edible Gold Leave

Materials
Any Nespresso Professional Machine + Milk device (Aeroccino 4) or Milk capable machine (i.e. Momento & Milk or Aguila)

Let's make it!
- Drizzle 2g of honey into the bottom of a View Cappuccino cup.
- Pour 120 ml of 1.5% fat milk into an Aeroccino 4. Press the Cappuccino button to start frothing the milk. (for the Momento & Milk Machine or Aguila, select the “Cappuccino” recipe.
- Extract 40ml of Volluto onto the honey and top with the frothed milk.
- Crush a piece of Nespresso Lemon Shortbread and sprinkle it on top of the milk foam.
- Optional: For added flair, add some edible gold leaf.
