Like a dip in the pool, the zesty Japanese yuzu and sweet vanilla flavours turn our Arabica blend into a refreshing summer experience. Cool citrus meets indulgent pastry notes for a vibrant icy treat. Brew it over a cup full of ice cubes topped up with cold water.
Origin
A smooth, 100% arabica base blend made of naturally sweet beans from Brazil and lively washed beans from Colombia.
Roasting
The Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics.

| 2 | Cucumber Slices |
| 120ml | Tonic water |
| 1 Caps | Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice |
| 1 bunch | Organic Fresh Mint |
Materials
| Mixology Glass Small |
| Nespresso Ice Cube Tray |
How to make
| 01 | In a Mixology glass (Small), combine 4 Nespresso ice cubes and a slice of cucumber, then pour in 60ml of tonic water. |
| 02 | Extract 40ml of Vanilla Yuzu coffee into a jug, add 1 ice cube. |
| 03 | Gently pour the foamed Iced Coffee Nitro over the mixture in the glass |
| 04 | Garnish with an additional cucumber slice and slap fresh mint leaves to release their essence. |
| 05 | Pour the Iced Nitro coffee gently in the Barista Mixologist Glass, over the coconut water. |
