This 100% Arabica blend comes from Brazil and Ethiopia and other Latin American countries.
Roasting
Latin American beans are roasted medium to dark and quickly to develop sweetness. Other coffees are roasted a little longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavor after roasting.
