The elegant flavours of the Ethiopian Arabica in this blend refresh you like the gentlest of summer breezes when you pour it over ice. We roast it lightly and grind it specifically to deliver that cool, delicate taste dancing on your palate.
Origin
This 100% Arabica blend gets its coffee mostly from Ethiopia and Indonesia.
Roasting
The first part of this blend gets a light and short to enhance the floral notes typical of Ethiopian Arabica. The second gets a medium roast to bring balance and roundness to the cup.

| 15 ml | Vanilla syrup |
| 140 ml | Mango juice |

How to make
| 01 | Put 2 ice cubes (30g each) in your Barista device. Extract 80ml of Ice Leggero Coffee and pour it over the ice. In the Barista, close the lid, choose the “Nitro” recipe and press the start button. |
| 02 | Into a Large Recipe glass, put 5 Ice Cubes of 30 grams, and pour 140ml of Mango juice, stir it gently. |
| 03 | Pour in the iced coffee. |
