For Master Origins El Salvador, we’ve sourced an Arabica from under shade trees nestled along the active Santa Ana volcano.
Roasting
The red honey is roasted separately from the rest to make the most of the unique processing method. The other (majority portion) is washed is slightly longer and darker.
