We lightly roasted Brazilian and Colombian Arabica beans to highlight their specificities and reveal both sweet biscuit and fresh, fruity notes. Carefully preserving its rich aromatic profile in the decaffeination process, Volluto’s alter ego pays tribute to those who adore the taste of coffee but prefer to minimise their caffeine intake.
Origin
Volluto’s delicious profile is created combining the sweet mellowness of Brazilian Arabicas with the fruitiness of Colombian Arabicas.
Roasting
Volluto light roasted - not too dark, not too long - and given a medium grind to keep it all in harmony. This roast turns the Brazil’s cereal notes to sweet biscuit and keeps the fruity notes of the Colombian beans alive.
