This complexity is mirrored in a subtle roast of primarily Brazilian and Mexican coffee, balancing intensity and finesse and deep flavour spiked with hints of acidity.
Origin
Roma is an Arabica and Robusta blend, with most of its beans coming from Brazil and Mexico.
Roasting
We gave Roma a subtle light roast. It balances the intensity and deep flavor of the coffee with that hint of acidity that gives Roma its elegance. A fine grind preserves the coffees’ aromatic finesse. It helps keep Roma strong yet mild.
