Lucky Latte with Arpeggio

Preparation

  • Place the melted white chocolate and 5 wolfberries in a ritual recipe glass.
  • Pour 100 ml of the milk and the grenadine into the Aeroccino milk frother and press the cold milk froth button. Pour into the glass.
  • Layer the coffee on top.
  • Pour the remaining 80 ml of milk into the Aeroccino milk frother and press the cold milk froth button. Once finished, press the cold milk froth button again.
  • Scoop the froth up and layer gently on top of the coffee and garnish with the gold flaskes, remaining wolfberries and raspberry coulis.
  • Add crushed ice.
