A trip down memory lane, this drink is inspired by the taste of an After Eight mint enjoyed with an Espresso. This recipe blends the cereal notes of the Capriccio Grand Cru with the freshness of mint chocolate and the roundness of crumbled nougat.
Preparation
- Prepare the coffee in a Cappuccino cup
- Top the coffee with milk froth prepared using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother
- Sprinkle shavings of nougat chocolate on top and add an After Eight® chocolate mint to the milk froth to finish
- Serve immediately.
