Speculos Espresso Macchiato

Kazaar has joined our permanent range. Discover this intense recipe and the new PIXIE Cup.

Preparation

  • Pour milk in to the Aeroccino, or use the steampipe.
  • Turn the Aeroccino on to warm the milk and wait until you get an unctuous foam.
  • Pour the warm milk in to a PIXIE Kazaar espresso cup.
  • Add the syrup and one teaspoon speculos paste in to the cup, stir well.
  • Add a Kazaar Grand Cru (25 ml)
  • Final touch: scoop the remaining aromatised milk foam on top.
