Preparation

Put the glass in the fridge.

Prepare the Grand Cru of your choice in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).

Put the ice cubes in the shaker, add the espresso, the sugar and the lemon juice.

Shake until the mix is creamy.

Pour everything except the ice cubes in the glass.
