A refreshing and invigorating dip into an exotically cool iced coffee sensation that transports you body and soul.

Preparation

  • Pour the Curaçao syrup and the crushed ice into the glass.
  • In the shaker, mix the sparkling water with the passion fruit syrup.
  • Gently pour this preparation into the glass, try not to mix the two preparations.
  • Prepare the Capriccio Grand Cru in espresso (40ml/ 1.5 oz).
  • Shake the espresso with 3 ice cubes.
  • Pour on top of your glass.
