NAPOLI is a bold and assertive with a syrupy body and a long lasting finish, this blend of Arabicas from South America, Africa and Asia with a hint of Robusta releases fine smoky notes. Its aromatic woodiness is lightly scented with dry black tea leaf nuances.
ORIGIN
Arabica blend from India, Ethiopia, Colombia with a touch of Vietnamese Robusta. Ethiopia brings the spiciness note. Colombia, the touch of juicy acidity also bringing roundness to the blend. Vietnam and India Monsoon add the character by adding the smoky, dry tobacco leaves notes, typical of those coffees.
ROASTING
Ethiopia, Colombia and Vietnam, beans are roasted at high temperatures but for a brief period. Indian Monsoon is roasted separately because the bean characteristics are particular. Therefore, this origin requires a specific roasting: lighter than split 1 but longer to prevent burning.
AROMATIC PROFILE
