Nespresso App Beta Terms of Use

By participating in the closed beta test ("Beta Test") of the mobile application ("App"), you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have read, understood, and agree to the Nespresso USA Privacy Policy and to these terms and conditions.

Confidentiality: During the Beta Test, you may gain access to confidential and proprietary information related to the App, including but not limited to its features, design, functionality, and performance. You agree to treat all such information as confidential and not disclose, share, or discuss it outside of the designated Beta Test community.

Limited Usage Rights: By participating in the Beta Test, you are granted limited access to the App solely for testing and evaluation purposes. You agree not to use the App for any commercial or competitive purposes or share it with others outside the Beta Test community.

Feedback: You agree to provide feedback that is true and accurately reflects your honest opinion of, and your experience with the App. You knowingly and voluntarily authorize Nespresso to attribute such statements to you, which are unbiased representations of your own opinions, feelings, perceptions, and beliefs. All feedback, bug reports, suggestions, and comments related to the App shall be the sole property of Nespresso.

Privacy: You understand and consent that during the Beta Test, the App may collect data about your usage, interactions, and performance. This data will be used solely for evaluating and improving the App's functionality. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Nespresso USA Privacy Policy.

No Warranties or Guarantees: The App may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. You acknowledge that the App is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties or guarantees of any kind.

Termination: Nespresso, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Beta Test at any time and without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or for any other reason.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nespresso, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Beta Test.

Modification of Terms: Nespresso reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes may be communicated via email or other appropriate means.
