What is Nespresso Plus?
Nespresso Plus allows you to subscribe to a choice of coffees and define how often to receive deliveries so you never run out. All whilst being rewarded.
Can I choose which coffee blends I’ll receive during my gifted subscription?
No, your two gifted Nespresso Plus deliveries are only eligible on the Original or Vertuo gifting assortment. However, after your two gifted deliveries you can amend your Nespresso Plus order to whatever you like!
When do I need to set up my gifted subscription by?
The deadline to activate your gifted subscription is 30th April 2025.
Why will I be charged 1p on each of the two gifted deliveries?
In order for us to process and deliver any order we must charge a nominal fee
How will I receive my two gifted subscription deliveries?
You will receive your gifted subscription deliveries as two 70 capsule orders for Original or two 50 capsule orders for Vertuo.
The email with my order summary does not include the discount. Will I get it?
Provided you have 1) entered your promotional code and 2) selected one of the two assortments the cost of the first and second order will be £0.01. The summary email shows you what you will get on every order so it excludes “one-offs” such as promotional codes.
Can I choose when I will receive my gifted subscription deliveries?
Yes, choose your first delivery date and then the following order can be scheduled for up to four months ahead.
What happens after I’ve received my two gifted Nespresso Plus deliveries?
The choice is yours! Either update your order to discover new blends or pause or cancel as you wish.
What happens if I take no action after my two gifted Nespresso Plus deliveries?
You will continue to receive the coffees within your gifted assortment at the standard price and at the same frequency you chose when setting up.
