Passionfruit Frappé with Freddo Delicato

  • Milk 90 ml
  • Ice Cubes 120 g
  • Edible Flowers 0 Garnish

Let's make it!

  • Step
    01

    Into a Barista Shaker, add 5ml of Monin Passionfruit Syrup, 90ml of milk and extract 40ml of Freddo Delicato over top.

    Close the Shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

    Add 120g ice cubes into Reveal Cold Glass.

  • Step
    04

    Pour and strain the frappé mixture directly into the Glass.

    Optional: Garnish with edible flowers for a pop of colour.
