CHIARA’S SIGNATURE COFFEE RECIPE

A summer coffee drink that tastes like a dream. Like Chiara’s dream.Chiara Ferragniimagined her favorite iced espresso mixed and mingled with a rich coconut flavour. And to turn this coconut delight into a treat for the eyes, Chiara topped it with a touch of cotton candy. A recipe that is bold, sweet and fresh: just like her.

  • Ice Cubes 4 cubes
  • Coconut milk 10 ml
  • Pink Sugar 4 g
  • BARISTA CREATIONS FREDDO INTENSO 40 ml
  • Light pink candyfloss 1 Piece

Let's make it!

  • Step
    01

    On the bottom of a View glass, put a teaspoon of pink sugar.

  • Step
    02

    Pour over 100ml of coconut milk and mix the two ingredients together.

    Add 3 Nespresso ice cubes in the glass. 1.With the Barista device: brew in 40ml of coffee on an ice cube and use the “Iced Nitro” function. 2.With a shaker: brew in 40ml of coffee on 1 or 2 ice cubes and shake.

    Gently pour in the glass.

    Decorate with pink candyfloss, or alternatively 3 pink square marshmallows on a non-sharp wooden stick.
