    Put a generous scoop of pistachio ice cream* into a cappuccino glass. *Feel free to try it with any flavour of your choice

    Pour the coffee directly on top of the ice cream. Insert the coffee in the machine and press the button for a perfect extraction. You will notice that the ice cream doesn’t melt immediately so coffee remains dark. The cream on top stays thick and stable with a lighter colour.

    Lightly sparkle the ice cream with chopped pistachios
