Decadent Chococcino Recipe featuring Origin Brazil

Meet our all-Brazilian arabica coffee blend – Origin Brazil. We take arabica beans from the arid savannahs of the Cerrado region and blend them with semi-washed processed Bourbon coffee beans from south Brazil’s hilltop plantations. So that you can get a taste of a smooth and mild coffee with an added honeyed sweetness.

METHOD

  1. Start by extracting your Origin Brazil capsule as 40ml espresso into a cappuccino cup.
  2. Add in your Cailler Le Chocolat powder and stir well.
  3. Prepare your milk using your Nespresso Professional milk device, froth your milk.
  4. Pour milk over the top and garnish with grated chocolate.
