We take arabica beans from the arid savannahs of the Cerrado region and blend them with semi-washed processed Bourbon coffee beans from south Brazil’s hilltop plantations. So that you can get a taste of a smooth and mild coffee with an added honeyed sweetness.
METHOD
- Start by extracting your Origin Brazil capsule as 40ml espresso into a cappuccino cup.
- Add in your hot chocolate powder and stir well.
- Prepare your milk using your Nespresso Professional milk device, froth your milk.
- Pour milk over the top and garnish with grated chocolate.
