Honey Dream featuring Arabica Ethiopia Harrar
Incorporating spices into a sweet, balanced and indulgent drink with a creamy texture, our Honey Dream recipe enhances the toasted malt notes and the fruit and vanilla hints of our new Arabica Ethiopia Harrar Limited Edition coffee.
PREPARATION OF HONEY DREAM
- 1. Place condensed milk and honey into the bottom of a VIEW cappuccino glass.
- 2. Extract coffee on top of condensed milk and stir well.
- 3. Using the cappuccino setting on your milk device, froth milk.
- 4. Pour frothed milk into the VIEW cappuccino cup.
- 5. Garnish with cinnamon.
- Optional: add 1tsp of mixed spice into cup prior to milk.

- - 120ml full cream milk
- - 1 tsp Honey
- - ¼ tsp cinnamon
