Tokyo Vivalto Lungo is roasted using a split roast technique, with each origin roasted individually. On the first split, Ethiopian beans go through a fast roast that preserves acidity and the delicate flowery notes. For the second one, Mexican beans are roasted for slightly longer time to develop some intensity and body, while still preserving the balance character of the blend.
As a latte, Tokyo Vivalto Lungo becomes a creamy, sweet and balanced cup. This complex long coffee will still keep for you the roasted notes and a fine touch of floral/fruity notes.
