How do I take care of my Pixie machine?

My Pixie machine has little or no coffee flow. What should I do?

The main supply cord is not trapped between the water tank and the machine The water tank is sufficiently full and correctly positioned Your machine is turned ON (lights ON) If there is low coffee flow, that means you may need to descale your machine.

If your machine requires repair, we offer a full-service Assistance Package which includes complimentary pick up and repair of your machine and its return to your address of choice. Flat fee rates apply if the Nespresso machine is no longer under warranty.
