World Explorations Shanghai Lungo is a glimpse into the emerging Asian coffee culture. Made from Kenyan, Chinese, and Indonesian Arabicas, this distinctive lightly roasted blend will delight the palate with its berry notes and delicate acidity.
Roasting
Shanghai Lungo is roasted in two quick and light parts, allowing us to achieve precise results from each portion while preserving the blend’s finesse. A fine grind and a specific coffee dose inside the capsule prevent it from becoming too mild.
Recipe:
Add a little milk to Shanghai Lungo to transform it into a wonderfully creamy cup with plenty of fruity and citrus notes.
