Description:
The mild and lightly roasted Cosi is a member of the original family launched in 1986 — a true classic. The lightly roasted, sweet, cereal‑noted Arabicas from the mountains of Costa Rica are complemented by intensely aromatic, rich‑textured Arabicas from Kenya. Refreshed in 2015 to win back consumers’ palates, Cosi’s acidity evolved from a citric character to more delicate citrus and red‑fruit notes, creating a rounder, more harmonious mild coffee.
