Roasting
For this milk‑based blend, we used a contrasting roast profile, with one part of the coffee undergoing a long, dark roast and the other part roasted much more quickly and lightly. When combined, the blend develops that distinctive roasted character that pairs so well with milk.
Recipe:
Best served as a cappuccino (25 ml of coffee with 60 ml of frothed milk), but it is also wonderful in a larger Latte Macchiato recipe.
