Roasting
To develop the sweet and welcoming taste of this coffee, we split the roast of the blend. Both splits are roasted at relatively low temperatures and for a moderate amount of time — just long enough to develop that characteristic coffee sweetness.
Recipe:
Best served as a cappuccino (25 ml of coffee with 60 ml of frothed milk), but it is also wonderful in a larger Latte Macchiato recipe.
