Roasting
The Espirito Santo beans are roasted separately for an optimal time to preserve their herbal notes. The beans from the other regions are roasted together in a dark roast and for much longer to enhance body, intensity, and bitter notes.
Recipe:
Adjust the coffee serving size to 25 ml to create a delicious cappuccino with a sweet sensation of salty, bitter, and toasted notes reminiscent of salted peanuts. Alternatively, add 40 ml of coffee to 100 ml of frothed milk to create a Latte Macchiato with sweet, rounded nutty notes and a lightly smoky finish.
