Innovative taste 20 years in the making. Our journey to create this exceptional coffee began almost 20 years ago. In the rich and mountainous terroir of Colombia, local AAA farmers cultivated a personalized Nespresso variety with special care. The resulting coffee boasts a rare and refined taste - tempting aromas of orange blossoms in harmony with fresh citrus notes derived from the terroir.
Origin
This 100% Arabica coffee is the result of 20 years of research and development, creating a unique coffee variety that exhibits exceptional sensory properties. These seedlings were planted in long-term AAA farms in the Cauca and Caldas regions of Colombia.
Roasting
Although it is coffee of unique origin, we divide it into 2 parts between the largest and smallest beans. The larger beans take a particularly light roast to preserve the finer aromatics, while the smaller beans grow a little more to create some intensity.

We recommend N°20 as plain coffee.
