PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 170C.
- Prepare the cake tin by coating with butter, then dusting with flour. Tap out excess flour.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter, sugar and salt together until pale and fluffy.
- Add both the yolk and egg, mix well.
- Whisk in the coffee and milk. Then, fold in corn starch, plain flour and baking powder, mix until combined.
- Pour mixture into the cake tin and bake for 40min. Unmold when cool.
- Dust the Ciambella with icing sugar and serve
