This complex blend is created using Arabicas from Brazil and Colombia, in combination with Robustas from other sources including East Africa.
Roasting:
The Robustas in Ristretto go through a long roast to develop a pleasantly bitter cocoa note. The Arabicas go through a quicker roast to keep the bright acidity and fruity notes alive.
Taste:
Ristretto is a deliciously complex coffee, that displays roasted and intense notes in combination with fruity notes and a hint of acidity.
