Origin:
A Robusta-led blend created using coffees from India and Nicaragua.
Roasting:
We split roast this blend to bring out the distinct qualities of each coffee. Most of beans get an intense roast to develop bitterness and body, but we give the unwashed Robusta a shorter and lighter roast to bring out some of the finer aromatic notes.
Taste:
An exceptionally intense and syrupy coffee, rich in roasted notes, powerful bitterness and a thick crema.
