A combination of high-frown Colombian Arabicas and gourmet washed Guatemalan Robustas.
Roasting:
Colombian Arabicas gets a light roast to preserve some acidity and develop a milk cereal note. The Guatemalan washed Robustas are dark roasted to bring out the full crema.
Taste:
A rounded smooth coffee, with strong cereal note and subtle acidity.
