Odacio is a lively and intense, 100% Arabica Vertuo coffee. The Nicaraguan Arabica gives this cup its soft and solid cereal note while we blended in a touch of Ethiopian Arabica to add a splash of acidity and delicate fruitiness. Using a split roast technique, these coffees are each roasted long and light to develop the body and structure while keeping the acidity and aromatics intact. Odacio is full-bodied with cereal notes and then dares to surprise you with it's flourish of fruitiness and delicate acidity. It is bold and lively, hitting your palate with great elegance.

ORIGIN
Odacio is a blend of Nicaraguan and East African Arabica coffees. The Nicaraguan highlands produce Arabica coffees with a fine and fresh acidity and a green apple note that turns to a distinct cereal note when you give them a long roast. Odacio also has a touch of Ethiopian coffee in the blend.
ROASTING
We split roast the coffees in the Odacio Vertuo coffee capsule. The Nicaraguan beans get a long roast that develops its cereal note and gives the blend structure and body. The Ethiopian coffee beans also get a long roast because it helps reveal this coffee’s delicate notes.
