  • Can’t find your order in your order history?

    After placing an order from our website, mobile website, or mobile application, your order may take up to 30 minutes to show up in the Order History page. If your order does not show up in the Order History list immediately after the order is complete, please revisit the page after 30 minutes.

    - You may view up to 15 previous orders in the Order History page (3 orders, when viewing using mobile website and mobile app). To get more information about orders placed before these, please contact the Nespresso Club (080-734-1111)

    - You may see “Pending” displayed under “Order ID” if the order is being processed. 

  • How to track my orders online ?

    - Please make sure that you are signed in
    - Click on "My account" at the top right of the screen or use the main menu access under the Club section
    - Click on the "My orders" square
    - Select the order you want to track, the latest one being displayed in full by default. Please note: Order tracking may be subject to local availability.
    - Click on the “Track my order” button.

    If available, such a link to the shipping provider’s tracking application will appear next to the shipping mode’s logo. Just click on this link to be taken to the provider’s website and learn about the progress of the shipping of your order.

  • Do I need to sign in before ordering NESPRESSO products on this website ?

    Yes, online registration and sign in are necessary to purchase Nespresso products online.

    Please note: Before signing in, you can discover and select products, but you will be asked to sign in before adding them to your shopping bag.

    To sign in, you need to have registered to access the Nespresso Club online and have a valid username and password.

    The personal information you gave when registering will be used by default when ordering products online, but you will have the opportunity to change them during the order process. E.g. delivery address.

  • How do I complete my delivery information ?

    Check and enter your delivery address
    The delivery address displayed by default is the one you used when registering as a member of the Nespresso Club. You have the option to: 

    - Add information for the delivery company, like an entry code, a door or a floor number or an instruction such as “leave with the concierge”.
    - Edit your delivery address, for example if you have moved house
    - Add another delivery address, for example if you go on holiday or want your order to be delivered to your office.

  • How do I cancel an order ?

    If you wish  to cancel an internet order, please contact the Nespresso Club with you order reference number immediately.

    If the order is processed before you contact the Nespresso Club, you can return the items orderd. Please contact the Nespresso Club for our returns policy.

  • How can I create a B2B account?

    Only machine purchase process allows you to create a B2B new account. 

    Please register online membership using present club membership number if you are already joined Nespresso club membership. 
    If you do not yet have a Nespresso club membership number, please proceed it to buy a Nespresso B2B machines at first and register Nespresso membership to buy B2B professional capsules.
