How does Nespresso Plus work?

Start by selecting your products

 
Within your account, access the menu "Subscription – Auto-Delivery" to create a new subscription from scratch.

You will be able to select Nespresso coffees, and a selected range of accessories and treats.


Once you've selected your coffee, please add your promotion code from your card labelled 'Promotion Code'

Now define the frequency at which you would like to receive your orders

At this step, you will select a pre-defined frequency and the starting date of your Subscription Order. To help you, Nespresso can suggest a recommended frequency based on the contents of your order.

Then define your delivery address along with the delivery and payment methods.

You can setup your regular delivery address and payment details.

Easy to change according to your needs

Your frequency as well as your next shipment date, delivery address or payment methods can be modified at any time up to the day before shipment. For instance, during your holidays, you could ship your Subscription Order to your vacation address (if within the same country) or simply postpone it.

Receive your order with no extra effort

Based on your defined frequency, you will receive your order automatically at your desired address.

If you find yourself running out of coffee or with too much stock at home, you can easily adjust your next shipment date. If needed, you can create more than one Subscription and simply manage them individually.

You receive €45 off coffee is when you set up a Nespresso Plus subscription and the discount is split over your first 3 orders, which means you get €15 off each of your first 3 orders.

What is Nespresso Plus?

Nespresso Plus allows you to subscribe to a choice of coffees and define how often to receive deliveries so you never run out. All whilst being rewarded.

Are there any commitments?

No. Nespresso Plus is a flexible subscription service. You can modify, pause, or cancel at any time.

Is there a fee to sign up to Nespresso Plus?

I was unable to activate my Subscription code when following the steps

When setting up "Subscription – Auto-Delivery" please make sure the Subscription code is added to your basket . If it’s not the case please go back to the previous page and start again (this can happen because of slow internet/3G)

Can I set up my Nespresso Plus Subscription now in store?

Yes of course, a coffee specialist can assist you in setting up your coffee subscription to ensure that this is set up for you to take advantage of its benefits and receive your first delivery as soon as you wish.

When is the last day I can activate my Nespresso Plus Subscription and receive €45 over 3 orders?

You must activate your Nespresso Plus Subscription by no later than 31st December 2024 in order to get the €15 discount on your first three subscription orders, however we encourage to activate it now so you can start enjoying your coffee at a frequency you like.

Is there a commitment to signing up to the three orders?

There is no commitment - you choose an order frequency that suits you with the option to pause or cancel at anytime.

What happens after I’ve received my three discounted Nespresso Plus deliveries?

The choice is yours! Either update your order to discover new blends or pause or cancel as you wish.

What happens if I take no action after my three discounted Nespresso Plus deliveries?

You will continue to receive the coffees you’ve selected at the standard price and at the same frequency you chose when setting up.
