Caffeine occurs naturally in coffee beans as a way to keep insects at bay. But lucky for us, and you, it’s water soluble. Using our clever decaffeination process, we can remove it before we even roast the beans. This draws out the caffeine molecules, while leaving the beans’ aromatics. The outcome? Coffee packed full of flavour and character, with no caffeine.
