Woodland Cappuccino

Sweet and nutty, this drink features chestnut cream, warmed milk and a topping of shaved almonds--perfect with the Limited Edition Forest Almond Flavour.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

- 1 Forest Almond Flavour coffee capsule

- 20g Chestnut cream

- 100ml semi-skimmed milk

- 2g Shaved & grilled almonds

- 1x Bay Leaf


MATERIALS

- Vertuo Coffee Mug

- Nespresso Barista Device


LET'S MAKE IT

1. Pour 100ml of semi-skimmed milk directly into a Nespresso Barista Device. Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device and press the start button.

2. Put 20g of Chestnut cream in the bottom of a Vertuo Coffee Mug.

3. Extract 230ml of Forest Almond Flavour coffee on top.

4. Pour over half the milk foam, add shaved & grilled almonds and top off with a Bay leaf.

6. Serve and enjoy!

*100ml is the minimum quantity needed in a Barista. You can use it to make two drinks.

INGREDIENTS

- 1 capsule of Coconut flavour over Ice, Espresso (40 ml)

- 90g ice cubes

- 10 ml of Saffron Syrup

- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk

- Lime peel

- Pinch of desiccated coconut


MATERIALS

- View recipe glass, 350 ml

- Shaker


LET'S MAKE IT

1. Pour 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk into a shaker. Seal it and shake it vigorously.

2. Place 3 ice cubes (30 g each) into your View recipe glass and add 10 ml of Saffron Syrup and a lime peel.

3. Pour the cold milk foam into the glass and mix.

4. Extract 40 ml of BARISTA CREATIONS COCONUT FLAVOUR OVER ICE espresso into the glass

5. Garnish with desiccated coconut

6. Serve and enjoy!
