- Almond butter: 5 tsp

- Oat drink: 900 ml

- Honey: 4 tbsp

- Chia seeds: 4 tbsp

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Add all ingredients into a blender jug.

2. Blend well for the almond butter to fully combine.

3. Serve into a glass, gym shaker or jug.
