If the threshold capsules are not purchased every year for the 4 anniversary (12 month) periods,
your membership tier will return to Connoisseur.
If no valid purchases are made in any given 12 months, you will lose your benefits.
Have more than 10 years of continuous membership and/or purchase more than 1,100 capsules every 12 months for 9 continuous years and/or are a Subscription customer.

If you are not a Subscription customer and the threshold capsules are not purchased every year from
the 9 anniversary (12 month) periods, your membership tier will return to Expert. If no valid
purchases are made in any given 12 months, you will lose your benefits.
If you are a Subscription customer and you cancel your plan, you will return to the Nespresso & You
tier you were on prior to taking out your Subscription. If no valid purchases are made in any given
12 months, you will lose your benefits.
