Nespresso Boutique/Booth Pick Up	No Cost	•This option is only available at the Nespresso Boutique Cap Sud and the booth. •Place your order online, www.buynespresso.com or by phone +225 2721598975 /+225 0777592095 and pick it up at the designated time with no additional cost.

TYPE OF RETURNS	DETAILS
Accessories and Machines	•No exchange no return. •If you wish to return a product to us because of a fault, you have a legal right of withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. •For health and security reason, please make sure that your unused product is in its original condition and packaging, and include all relevant invoices. •Subject to the above, Nespresso will refund you, upon receipt of the returned Products, using the payment method used, the price of the returned Products and any delivery costs charged, within 14 days of the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. • For personalized Products (such as engraved items), the right of withdrawal does not apply. If, after 14 days, you notice that your refund is missing or incorrect, please visit the point of sale where you made your purchase or contact our customer service center at +225 27 21 59 89 75.
