A RELOVE machine is a Nespresso machine that has been returned to Nespresso, or it incurred minor damage through external or internal handling, and it has been given another life. After being returned to Nespresso, the machine is carefully assessed to see if it can be refurbished or not. If the machine can be refurbished, it will be carefully inspected, repaired*, cleaned, tested and repackaged, preventively maintained*, by our trained technicians, thus becoming a RELOVE machine. They are all Nespresso quality-assured coming with a Nespresso warranty, as proof of our trust, and can now enjoy a new life. If the machine cannot be refurbished, we will ensure it is disposed of to be recycled in line with local regulations and practices by a third-party.

In line with our company wide sustainability approach, we seek to minimize the amount of energy required to produce a cup of coffee. Since 2009, all new Nespresso machine ranges have all been equipped with an energy-saving mode, or an automatic power-off function. The Vertuo Next machine has an auto-off at 2 minutes and an A+ energy rating.
Turn the machine ON by pushing the coffee button or locking/unlocking the lever. Turn the machine OFF by holding the coffee button for 3 seconds.
The programming is specific to each capsule size. Cup sizes can be preprogrammed from 0.7 oz/20 ml to 17 oz./ 500 ml. To do this, insert the capsule for which you wish to reprogram the volume, push and hold the button until desired volume is reached. Water volume level is then stored for the capsule size used for the programming.
Open the machine head and let the used capsule be ejected.
Close the head. Leave the handle in “UNLOCKED” position.
Push the button 5 times within 3 seconds. The button blinks 5 times orange and changes than to steady white.

The descaling frequency depends on the machine usage and the water hardness, which varies based on how often coffee is consumed in the household and the water of that particular location. The general rule is every 300 cups of coffee. The most reliable way to ensure it is ready to descale is through the descaling alert or by checking the status through the App.
All removable spare parts can be hand washed with mild soap and water. The milk carafe can be hand washed or washed in the top rack of your dishwasher. The machine is equipped with a cleaning procedure (see User Manual or tutorial video for detailed procedure). This process takes approximately 5 minutes. The external part of the machine can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
The machine does not require a specific cleaning frequency from a hygienic perspective. You may define the best frequency after learning how often you use the machine. A suggestion is to run it after two weeks to observe the cleanliness of the water. You may then decide to increase or decrease the frequency based on your preferences.
No; the temperature varies for each blend and cannot be altered. If you would like a warmer coffee, it is recommended to preheat your cup by rinsing it in hot water to help maintain the temperature and mix the coffee with the crema once brewed.
No. The classic Nespresso capsules cannot be used in the Vertuo machine system. They interact with the systems in different ways. These are two separate lines that will appeal to different types of coffee lovers.

Mauvais désign et mauvaise machine reconditionnée

J'ai acheté cette machine reconditionnée il y a 2 semaines. La machine ne produit pas de crema lorsque l'on fait un café et même avec 2 types différents de capsules (40 ml et 150 ml).
De plus, sinon encore plus important, le support pour la tasse est très mal conçu: il n'est pas stable et à 2 reprises la tasse est tombée lors de la fabrication d'un café. J'ai dû nettoyer le plancher à 2 fois. Ceci constitue un danger de brûlure pour les gens qui peuvent se trouver à proximité de l'appareil. Ce qui me fait dire que c'est une très mauvaise conception. J'ai une autre machine Vertuo achetée il y a 2 ans qui a un support à tasse bien accroché à machine.
J'aimerais bien avoir une machine comme celle que j'ai déjà mais on me dit que le modèle n'existe plus. Je ne comprends pas qu'une compagnie aussi importante que Nespresso ne soumet pas ses produits à des évaluations de sécurité avant de mettre sur le marché de nouveaux produits.
On m'offre de retourner la machine à mes frais dans un centre Nespresso (qui n'estpas une boutique Nespresso) alors que j'ai acheté la machine dans une boutique Nespresso parce que je l'ai utilisée. Très décevant.
J'ahcète pour plus de 1000$ par année de capsules Nespresso. Je possède 2 machines Nespresso depuis plus de 5 ans. Je pense que le service aprrès-vente n'est pas à la hauteur de l'image que veut se donner l'entreprise.
