Questions about your Nespresso welcome offer
Everything you need to know about your first coffee order and welcome benefits.
What welcome offers are available for new Nespresso customers?
When you place your first coffee order of at least 50 capsules, you can choose
between 15% off your coffee order or a Nespresso Welcome Gift. The two welcome offers cannot be combined.
What is included in the Nespresso Welcome Gift?
The Welcome Gift includes 2 coffee sleeves, a Medium Display capsule dispenser and
a box of Biscuits Amaretti. With Original, the coffee sleeves are Ristretto and Vienna Lungo. With Vertuo,
they are Arondio and Melozio.
How many Nespresso capsules do I need to order for a welcome offer?
Order at least 50 Original or Vertuo capsules in your first coffee order to choose
one of the two Nespresso welcome offers.
Can I get 15% off my first Nespresso coffee order?
Yes. New Nespresso customers can choose 15% off their first coffee order when
ordering at least 50 capsules. If you choose the discount, you will not receive the Welcome Gift.
Can I combine the 15% discount with the Nespresso Welcome Gift?
No. You can choose either 15% off your first coffee order or the Welcome Gift.
Should I choose Original or Vertuo?
Choose the coffee system that matches your Nespresso machine. Original and Vertuo
use different capsule formats, and your choice also determines which coffee sleeves are included in the
Welcome Gift.
How do I choose my Nespresso welcome offer?
Select Original or Vertuo, choose the welcome offer you prefer, then add at least
50 compatible coffee capsules to your first order.
What if I do not have a Nespresso machine yet?
Start by discovering the Nespresso machine range. Once you have chosen an Original
or Vertuo machine, come back to select the welcome offer for your first coffee order.
