For optimal milk froth, use cold semi skimmed cow milk at refrigerated temperature (about 4-6 °C). To guarantee hygiene conditions, use heat treated milk (pasteurized), refrigerated & freshly opened only. Milk which has been frozen will not froth. To ensure hygienic conditions and proper maintenance of the equipment, it is highly recommended to not use special enriched milks, powdered reconstituted milks nor flavoured milks.

To prepare hot milk only, fill the jug up to "max milk" level indicator and press the "Hot milk" recipe from the left.

To ensure hygienic conditions, optimal performance and proper maintenance of the equipment, it is highly recommended to avoid special enriched milks, powdered reconstituted milks nor flavoured milks. Syrup, sugar, chocolate powder or any other additives should not be added directly in the milk jug as it could prevent an optimum milk frothing.

Please ensure you use the milk jug delivered with the device and make sure to properly position it when frothing; it needs to be in contact with the base. Please note that the detection mechanism only works with the jug provided. Make sure the jug is cold before any preparation.

• Do not use abrasive material that might damage the surface of the equipment. Make sure to remove the warning label before cleaning the whisk.
• Dishwashing: put all parts except the power base in the dishwasher at maximum 70°C / 158°F.
• Watch out: - Do not use any strong or abrasive solvent, sponge or cream cleaner.
• - Do not put the base in the dishwasher.
• - Never immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
• - Clean the device with a clean damp cloth only.
