Why we love it: unique dried wood and brown caramel notes are revealed in this blend, from a rare product: Guatemalan washed Robusta. Its bitterness preserves its powerful character while maintaining a perfect balance in the blend with Costa Rican washed Arabica. The combination of these two origins produces a thick and dense crema.
Expert tip: by adding milk, the blend keeps its strong personality while giving your coffee a creamy texture.

ORIGIN
The strong personality of this composition is revealed through the complete harmony between two Central American origins. The bitterness of Guatemalan washed Robusta grown at high altitude preserves its powerful flavour while the Costa Rican washed Arabica gives it sweet and malty notes.
Costa Rica
ROAST
Alto Intenso is the result of intense split roasting. Guatemalan washed Robusta is strongly roasted, which gives Alto Intenso its unique intensity. The Costa Rican washed Arabica is roasted more lightly and for a shorter time to balance the intensity.
AROMATIC PROFILE
High-temperature extraction develops the rich and intense notes, then the medium speed balances them, giving the resulting coffee a pleasant intensity.
